COON Colby Slices
2 slices of Ciabatta bread
Tuna
Chopped chillis
Mayonnaise
Cracked black pepper
Toast Ciabatta bread until light brown.
Mix tuna and chilli in a bowl and spoon onto the bread.
Top with COON Colby Slices and place under the grill until the cheese melts.
Drizzle mayonnaise and grind cracked pepper on top.
Enjoy!
Egg Mayonnaise definitely tops this off but low fat mayonnaise is definitely an option.
The more seeds from the chilli the hotter this Toastie.
