Leg ham

Cut the foccacia bread down the middle and spread with pesto.
Add ham, COON Tasty slices and sundried tomatoes.
Toast in a sandwich press.
Open the Toastie carefully and add the Cos lettuce and bean shoots.
Eat and enjoy.....
Make sure that you are careful when opening the Toastie to put in the lettuce and bean shoots.
The cheese can get very hot and burn fingers.
You can buy great, ready made Pesto in a jar
Cut up the sundried tomatoes to spread the flavour through the Toastie.
