COON Pepperoni Pizza


  • 4 individual thick souvlaki breads or plain pizza bases
  • 1 cup Italian-style tomato cooking sauce (passata)
  • 250g COON® Shredded Tasty Cheese
  • 150g sliced pepperoni or hot salami
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup pitted black olives
  • basil leaves, for garnish


  1. Spread pizza bases with tomato sauce and sprinkle with half the COON® Shredded Tasty Cheese.
  2. Top with pepperoni, cherry tomatoes, olives and sprinkle with remaining COON® Cheese.
  3. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
